You paste the link to a listing. We read the page, choose and order the photos room by room, write a script from the listing's own details, have it narrated by a professional voice, and render two finished videos: one for YouTube and your website, one for Reels and TikTok. Each one closes on your headshot, phone number, brokerage and RECO number.

The videos are made to advertise the property and you, the registrant, the way Ontario's real estate advertising rules expect. The service is for registered RECO salespersons, brokers and brokerages.
