Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use our tools, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification. We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, in the spirit of Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

What we do

• Pages work at any screen size and with the keyboard.
• Images and videos have text alternatives or cover images, and form fields have labels.
• Every calculator shows its result as text, not only as a picture or chart.
• We check pages with automated accessibility tools (such as Lighthouse) and fix what they find.

Known issues we’re fixing

• Some light grey and gold text doesn’t yet have enough contrast against the background.
• Some links are shown by colour alone, without an underline.

Ask for help or another format

If something on the site doesn’t work for you, or you need information in another format, tell us and we’ll help: info@wesellyourhouse.ca or (416) 925-2400. We aim to reply within two business days.
